Host was lovely
It was a perfect place for my needs. Easy to get to my conference. Owner was very friendly. Would have liked a little more clarity about the use of the kitchen. The bathroom... I wasn't sure if it was for guests only... until the end of my stay... I didnt have a key and that was a little unnerving but it worked out fine ..... The bed was so comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood.

We ended up not staying overnight. It was our decision based on the weather and needing to get to our destination (Ocean Grove NJ) while the weather was good. But Viviam was very responsive and understanding of our situation and I would reserve her spot again in the future. :-)

Great spot for efficient stay!
I was traveling for work and got exactly what I needed - an easy place to sleep. I got to meet the Host, Viviam, the first night. She was very nice and we had a great conversation. I also got to say hi to her cats, though they kept their distance since I was a stranger. After that, I was out the door before 7am and back after 9pm for both nights of my stay, so I can't say much beyond having a great host and a very comfortable bed.
