Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy
The place was beautiful and well appointed with what we needed. Except it was brutally hot and there was zero airflow. I understood no air conditioning in the mountains but know that there are also no fans and no one came to open up the apartment and cool it off. The hosts also turned off the hot water, refrigerator and gas for cooking. Each one of these we had to ask the rental company about. There was very little customer service in preparing the place for us and this really put a damper on our trip. Also know that there isn’t simply a garage space to use, you MUST park there otherwise the intense neighbors will come and correct you. We were not aware that it was a must so this made for interesting interactions. If a few things had just been better communicated and prepared I think we would have been able to better enjoy this beautiful property.
