Recently renovated with brand new bathrooms, very classy and typical decorations, this property is the perfect accommodation for a family of up to 6 people.
Conveniently located on the beautiful Località Pecol, it's less than 15 minutes walking to reach Corso Italia (750 metres), or literally 2 minutes by car. Also just few minutes driving from Faloria and freccia del Cielo Ski Lifts.
The flat features a nice living area with direct access to an outdoor patio to be enjoyed in both summer and winter.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Master bedroom with double bed. Second bedroom with bunk beds and one single bed, and a third bedroom with a single bed.
Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities like kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and everything you'll need.
TV and free Wi-Fi available.
The apartment is on the ground floor and to park the car on the street just outside the entrance door, so access is extremely easy.
There is also a private garage in the building.
