This hotel is fabulous. It is in a great location and walkable to everything. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was excellent. The food in the bar was great. Love this place!

Valida location pechè al centro di Cortina.Albergo molto vecchio nella struttura e negli arredi della camera . Ho preso la scossa nell'accendere la lampada da comodino e i gestori non hanno dato alcuna importanza alla cosa.Colazione scarsa e sciatta ....e pensare che è un 4 stelle!!!

Hotel cadente ed obsoleto

Hotel vecchio, mal tenuto. Rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente scandaloso. Difficilmente raggiungibile in auto, nel senso che è un miracolo se l'auto ne esce "illesa".

Loud.

Nice hotel in centre of town. We had corner suite with lounge that converted to a bed for our daughter in next room. She also had her own bathroom. Breakfast good and rooms cleaned twice a day. Location loud though and had to leave windows open otherwise stuffy. Noise filtered up to room until late at night then buses from 5.30am. So sleep deprived. Service ok depending on who you got. Otherwise ok stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff

Pleasant hotel in the centre of town, very close to frequent shuttle buses to the various cable cars. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was a little compact, but comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. We had one evening meal in the dining room, which was very good. The breakfast is continental (not hot) and the only criticism I would make of of it is -- a little more variety in the fresh bread and fresh fruit would be good. All in all, a good 6-night stay.

Ho prenotato con qualche dubbio, legato a commenti e foto, questo albergo. In realtà è un albergo bellissimo e centralissimo. Camere molto belle con balconi e vista su Tofane e Cristallo. Arredamento in legno molto elegante ma confortevole e piacevole. Parcheggio (scoperto) gratuito a circa 200 mt, riservato all'hotel. Colazione ottima e varia. Si può cenare (alla carta) nel ristorante dell'albergo: molto valido e con personale di grande gentilezza e simpatia. Peraltro anche alla reception il personale è assolutamente a modo. Proprio non capisco i giudizi negativi. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Great location in town

Coming from the USA, it is always an initial shock how small European hotel rooms are and how certain basics like power outlets are few and far between. Hotel Cortina is however charming, impeccably clean and its staff provide excellent helpful service. Its location is perfect for shopping and dining out and a short walk to the bus station or tram for skiing. The hotel has a ski room for storing skis and drying boots - another bench would have been helpful at the morning rush! The hotel is not inexpensive and personally we choose to eat out most nights as a 4-course dinner, though excellent, was more than we wanted. The buffet breakfast was fine though I would have liked at least one hot option like porridge to be included each day. Cooked breakfast items were an extra charge. There is a small spa but it is also an extra charge. Overall a great hotel which could perhaps benefit most from some further updating of bedrooms. Renovated rooms are available at an extra charge.

Hotel Cortina, the location, the beautiful clean room and the expert and personable staff made my ski trip just what I wanted it to be. Special thanks to Pupa and Velerio at Hotel Cortina. I also want to commend the telephone staff of Hotels.com for expert customer service.

Location was great. Convenient to slopes, shopping and restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. We were disappointed in room, because it was extremely small and fabrics were very tired. Bathroom window paint was peeling and bathroom configuration was difficult for someone over 6 feet tall. No sound proofing - could here adjacent guest when they were in their bathroom. Spa was very clean and service excellent. Restaurant service and food was excellent.
