The bedroom is large and comfortable, furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed , also ideal for a family. To embellish the environment we find an elegant wardrobe in light wood and a characteristic coordinated weekly , details that give personality to the room and enhance its warm and traditional style.
The bright and pleasant living area invites you to spend moments of relaxation: the sofa is perfect for resting after a day outdoors, while the dining table creates a convivial space for breakfasts, dinners and quiet evenings with friends. The kitchen, cozy and functional, fits harmoniously into the environment.
The bathroom with shower , practical and well-kept, completes the spaces of the house.

City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and with respect for the structure and the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Please respect the rest of your neighbors by avoiding annoying noises, loud music and noise, especially from 22:00 to 08:00 .
No parties or events are allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment can only be occupied by guests who are regularly registered at the time of check-in.
It is recommended to take care of the furniture, appliances and all the equipment in the structure.
Before leaving the apartment, be sure to turn off lights, appliances and cookers and to close doors and windows properly.
It is mandatory to comply with the indications relating to the separate collection of waste: organic, dry, plastic, paper, glass and cans . Please do not leave waste inside the apartment at the end of your stay.
It is not allowed to move furniture or furniture without prior authorization.
Any damage, failure or malfunction must be reported promptly.
When leaving, make sure that doors and windows are properly closed .
Check-out must take place within the agreed time , leaving the accommodation in decent condition.

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities.
