The coastline can be explored by swimming, kayaking, or taking a guided boat tour to discover the marvellous natural sea caves that adorn this stretch of coastline.<br><br>THE LAYOUT OF Villa Biagio 1945<br><br>Villa Biagio 1945 stands on a lot that includes the house, an outdoor veranda with a breathtaking SEA VIEW, a 700-meter garden featuring olive trees, carob trees, and Mediterranean scrub with ocean views, as well as on-property parking, and a second 55-square-meter terrace equipped with lounge chairs, a table, and built-in seating, all offering breathtaking ocean views. The access road to the house is private, shared only with neighbouring homes. <br><br>THE HOUSE<br><br>The house has been recently renovated and made comfortable; it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a shower stall, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Villa Biagio 1945 can comfortably accommodate up to 4–5 guests.<br><br>SLEEPING AREA<br><br>The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower stall. <br>There is one master bedroom with a double bed, one twin bedroom with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed).<br><br>LIVING AREA<br><br>The living room features a glass door that opens onto the veranda and patio, as well as a window with a sea view, connecting the interior and exterior and showcasing the enchanting view of the Adriatic coast. <br><br>The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with shelves, an electric oven, a gas stove, a fridge/freezer, and all the necessary cooking utensils (dishes, cutlery, trays, pots, pans, and glasses). <br><br>The living room also features a cosy seating area equipped with satellite TV, a dining table, and a wood-burning fireplace. <br><br>Villa Biagio 1945 is designed for year-round living, staying cool in the summer and warm during the colder months of the year. <br><br>OUTDOOR AREA<br><br>The spacious outdoor area is the perfect place to spend pleasant hours outdoors.
