"Il check in è stato gestito totalmente online con l'invio dei documenti e dei dati, per il ritiro delle chiavi invece ci siamo dovuti recare all'ufficio che dista circa 30 km dall'appartamento ed abbiamo dovuto conciliare l'orario di apertura dell'ufficio con quelli del viaggio. Una volta ritirate le chiavi ci siamo recati alla struttura che è tra Fermo e Porto S. Elpidio, proprio di fronte al mare in una zona tranquilla con la spiaggia libera. "We rented a pet-friendly apartment with a pool. We were given an apartment that contained sticky, incomplete dishes, extremely stained mattresses, unusable blankets, a non-functioning oven, a broken shower head, a dirty shower, very unkempt grounds, broken garden furniture, and green, diseased pool water. We couldn't let our dogs out of the house because the landlord's aggressive dog kept attacking, biting, and injuring them. We couldn't walk them. The landlord continued to let the dog run free...

"The property is really very close to the beach, but there was no warm water, the toilet was not flushing, the garden was just a little backyard with destroyed walls, with a construction going on behind the fence. There is a railway by the beach, you have to pass underneath when going to the beach. The registration process took few hours with emails going back and forth. The place is clean and secures the needs, but it does not reflect the the price we paid."

"Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft, fast im Zentrum der Altstadt Osimo. Die Gastgeberin super nett, alles sehr sauber und auch das Frühstück sehr liebevoll. Wir waren zu viert als Familie, was echt super war. Für uns tatsächlich nur ein Zwischenstopp aber auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen."
