Cute and comfortable condo. One bedroom condo that sleeps four. Queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleep sofa bed in the living room.

Great location and lots of amenities. Fishing pond, clubhouse, pool with hot tub, gazebo, outdoor BBQ grill, 24 hour workout room and business center all within a few steps of the condo.

Laminate flooring, fully furnished with a 39" flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom. Ready for your long-term winter get-away, vacation or weekend of relaxing or fun.

There is a view of the canal from the balcony.

Rate includes electric, water, sewer, cable TV, and WI-FI. There are no lodging taxes for rentals of 30 days or longer.

Includes all bed and bath linens, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, small appliances such as, toaster, coffee pot, mixer, blender and hairdryer. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit.

Close to shopping, grocery, gas stations, and restaurants in addition to movies, shopping and restaurants in Corpus Christi across the bridge.

This condo was exceptionally clean and the location is great! Only a minutes walk to the beach and another beach just a minute down the road. The area is not too touristy and offers a few nice local eateries to choose from. Would definitely stay here again!

Surprise Birthday weekend for husband!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean very nice with just a walk to the beach! We love the Beach Club so much! Our check in process was very simple as well as the check out! The owners of this condo are very nice, professional, family based. They make you feel like your at your beach home! I would stay there again in a heart beat!

Much deserved weekend

We usually stay at Hotels/Motels, this was our first time using Vrbo. Great instructions from Tommie, had no issues getting in, or leaving. Great condo, clean and very comfortable. The only issue was the gigantic bed, I am a short girl getting up on that bed was an issue, after laughing about it I was able to get on the bed and sleep. Next time I will bring me a step stool!

Cheerful, Clean, Close to the Beach!

We had a relaxing stay at this great beach condo. Everything you'll need is there and it's clean and cheerful. The pool and hot tub are just around the corner. The star of the show is of course the beach, located within walking distance (though you'll want to use your car if you have a lot to carry). The owner is great to communicate with and very nice. *Note: if you enjoy gelato and the like,. you don't want to miss A La Mode Gelateria, named one of the best 10 ice cream shops in Texas. It's a 3 minute drive away.... Enjoy!

Nice location, complex but needs work

The condo had a great walkable location to Whitecap Beach. The whirlpool was nice and hot. The people were friendly. The unit itself had plenty of cooking and eating supplies but was unorganized. The bathroom was dirty and in need of fixes to the tub and sink. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a TV in the living room and bedroom. The ceiling must be thin as we could hear all the walking in the upstairs unit.

Perfect getaway

The condo was quaint and clean and just the perfect size for a 4 day visit for the two of us (and two small dogs). Perfect location - so close to Whitecap Beach and restaurants (you MUST visit the German Bakery - just down the street) Check-in and out was super easy and the owner had great communication prior to the visit - answering any questions I had. The condo was very comfortable and homey and the nightly rate was an extremely good deal. This was so much better than a hotel/motel. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed - just bring your own food. (I don't think I could go back to doing the hotel thing). This condo is A+, the owner is friendly and accommodating and I would definitely come back here for another stay - and recommend this unit to others. Thank you for a great experience!!!!

Some recommended improvements

The air conditioning vents show black material on the ceiling. The bathroom sink is rusting and upgrading the tub should be done. Overall bathroom fixture and upgrade would be a good idea. The table on the patio has a couple supports rusted out for the glass/plastic top. It can fall in. Railings on the patio are beginning to weaken.

My boyfriend had an amazing stay! The goat was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The condo was cute, clean and easily accessible. We loved the pool and the gym as well as the short walk to the beach! Will definitely stay again!!
