Make yourself at home in the welcoming second-floor great room that boasts comfy seating and a 55” TV. Kick back with a cold beverage on the adjacent covered balcony. The third-floor loft offers board games and a sitting area with a TV.

The chef in your group will appreciate the upscale kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and helpful gadgets, including a Keurig machine. When it’s time to eat, perch at the large kitchen bar or gather at the dining table.

Comfort awaits in the primary suite with a private covered balcony. The en suite bath has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The first-floor guest suite has an en suite bathroom that is also accessible via the foyer. The loft holds two twin-over-twin bunk beds, two daybeds, and a queen sofa bed. The en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination and double vanity.

Extra amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
