The Tropical Oasis at 424 West Avenue East rents as a single compound when both units are booked together: two separate houses, two complete kitchens, two full living spaces, one shared fenced yard, and sleeping capacity for up to 14. The compound sits in a quiet tropical setting with lush landscaping, palm trees, and banana trees, with a fenced yard that gets afternoon shade and a limestone patio for outdoor dining and evening fire-pit use. Two separate kitchens and two living spaces mean two groups or two families can move at their own pace without overlapping.

THE LAYOUT
Two single-story houses sharing a fenced yard and gate. Each house has its own full kitchen, living area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Open-concept interiors connect the kitchen and living room in each unit. An adjoining gate between the two units makes movement easy for the combined group. Limestone walkways connect the yard to each entrance.

THE KITCHENS
Both units have a full kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, plus an island with bar stools and wine glasses stocked and ready. Combined kitchen capacity makes this compound practical for cooking for a large group.

THE BEDROOMS
Four bedrooms total, two per house, sleeping up to 14 across both units when combined. Each bedroom is furnished and includes linens, pillows, and blankets.

OUTDOOR

BEACH / LOCATION
The Ave G beach access is about a 5-minute golf-cart ride away. Golf carts are bookable through PAVC on the website. The Alister Street dining, shops, and bars are roughly a 2-minute drive. Island dining options span Castaways Seafood and Grill and FINS Grill and Icehouse. Shorty's Place has been on the scene since 1946. THE LOCAL TEAM
Tropical Oasis is managed by Port A Vacation Company, a local team based in Port Aransas. Our cleaners and maintenance crew are on our own payroll. Someone is reachable seven days a week if anything comes up.
