We love animals here at our property and we'd love to have your pet stay with us too! To ensure a safe and happy visit for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
ā¢ A pet fee of $120 per stay per pet, must be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request. If not paid within 1 hour of booking, your stay may be cancelled.
ā¢ We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs).
ā¢ Pets must be kenneled and house trained.
ā¢ All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home.
ā¢ Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home.
ā¢ Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed.
ā¢ Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals.
ā¢ Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid.
-Trash pickup is every Wednesday and trash bin must be taken to the street either Tuesday evening or before 7am on Wednesday
