Welcome to Birder`s Paradise a spacious condo in The Villas at Cape Velero. This condo is haven for birders and fishermen. Enjoy a spacious 2-bed, 2-bath condo with stunning views. Dive into wade and pier fishing nearby or unwind in the inviting pool. Relax in the open living-dining area, and cook with ease in the full kitchen. With space for six guests, including a sleeper sofa, and entertainment options like games and a telescope, your stay promises comfort and adventure.

This condo hosts a full kitchen with a pass-thru window view into the dining area.

DINING ROOM:
Enjoy the open concept living and dining area with a spacious table for 6.

LIVING ROOM:
This condo has a spacious living area, hosting a large love seat, sleeper sofa, 2 over-sized sitting chairs, and beautiful views out of the large windows. Enjoy a selection of cards, dominos, and games for additional entertainment.

MAIN BEDROOM:
Located upstairs, the main bedroom hosts a comfortable Queen bed and private balcony. Enjoy a spacious walk in shower in the adjoining ensuite.

BEDROOM 2:
The downstairs bedroom hosts a full over full bunk bed and a hall bath with tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR:
Enjoy grilling on the gas grill on the private balcony or venture down to the shared condo pool and pier.

With multiple amenities, this condo is perfect for the whole family!
- No Smoking in the home. There are `butt pots` provided for your use outside.
- Do not bring sandy/muddy footwear or clothing into the home.
- Please do not open windows or leave the doors open.
- Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach, or on boats. They are for bathing use only. Beach towels have been provided for outdoor activities.
- Do not attempt to access the owners closet.
- Do not clean fish inside the home. There is a fish cleaning station on the pier.
- Do not fry turkeys at the home.
- Do not put potato peels, watermelon rinds, bones, or other large items down the garbage disposal. You will be charged a $75 service fee for a clogged disposal.
- Please be mindful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00pm - 7:00am.

Nice place.

Only one suggestion to owner is tohave blinds or curtains on downstairs sliding door for privacy at night.

Birdwatchers paradise

Comfortable!! Everything about this condo is about comfort-- the bed, couches, SUPER comfortable chairs, and the most awesome deck chairs ever! A very well stocked kitchen--anything you could possibly need. And the topper--a telescope so you can watch the osprey, herons, egrets and kayakers!

Feast of Tabernacles in Texas

The unit was good. Very clean and stocked as described. It was just of us two this time. I hurt my knee before we left so we couldn't cancel (you must remember that) and climbing stairs was hard for me too. Also the closests were locked by the owner, so we had to use the first level bedroom as a closest, remember that too. Next time I'll choose a ground level unit.

Beautiful Condo, but…….

We felt a few things could of been done better. The pots and pans weren’t washed, we had to wash them before using. The floors were dirty, trash under the couches, and the drier was full of sheets. The gas grill needs to be checked before use. There was so much grease built up it started a grease fire . We immediately shut it down and weren’t able to use it.
