Welcome to The Skiff House! A brand new build with amazing views, private cocktail pool, and plenty of room for fun all summer long!



This four bedroom three bathroom home is the perfect Port Aransas getaway. Find yourself surrounded by amazing views and close to all the great amenities of downtown. The home boasts 2 king bedrooms, a queen, and two twin over twin bunks with additional twin & twin trundle. Each room has private access to the large deck that leads down to the private cocktail pool.



The gorgeous living room offers a large smart flat-screen TV mounted on the wall and a couch that has a recliner built in with cup holders. There is space for the whole gang to get together and hang out. The living room has an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area. There is a large dining room table that can seat six people to enjoy dinner, games, or some hors d`oeuvres. This kitchen has all new appliances, including a coffee maker that is both for K-cups and drip coffee. There is tons of storage space in this kitchen and it will make you excited to cook on your vacation! The living, kitchen, and dining space have wrap-around windows, making it easy to get a great view of the sunset or sunrise.



The cocktail pool has ample parking space for you and guests to enjoy cooling off after a day at the beach or enjoying a family stroll down the streets of Port Aransas with boutiques, shops, restaurants, and much more.
