Whether spending the day playing pickleball, relaxing by the pool, or heading to the beach, the home’s location makes it easy to enjoy a variety of activities just moments away.

AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ resort-style pools include adults-only Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; intimate Neighborly Square Pool; and Glow Pool & Fitness Center. Convenient Coastline Grill within the Family Pool offers casual poolside drinks and a family-friendly menu. Parks beckon with green space and playscapes, while multiple lakes are dotted with piers and fishing pavilions. Visit the new Seascape Sport Courts for pickleball and basketball. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: more pools, lakes, yard games, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The main living area is bright and welcoming, featuring vaulted ceilings and a layout designed for gathering. Comfortable seating including couches, accent chairs, and daybeds creates a relaxed environment for conversation and downtime. Direct access to the porch allows natural light and coastal breezes to flow freely through the space, enhancing the indoor outdoor connection.

The kitchen and dining areas are designed for group meals and entertaining, with GE Café appliances and a natural gas Weber grill for outdoor cooking. A standalone ice machine adds convenience for beach days and gatherings, while the dining table seats 12, providing ample space for shared meals.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: A Wave From Home features four bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for all guests. The home includes two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a bunk room with six twin beds, making it ideal for families and groups.

The primary bedroom and bunk room both offer direct access to porches, creating additional spaces to relax and enjoy the surrounding views. A daybed provides extra sleeping flexibility for guests.

GREAT FEATURES: The home’s layout is designed to feel open yet functional, allowing guests to gather together while still enjoying private spaces. Outdoor porches provide multiple vantage points to take in views of the Gulf, bay, and lake, along with steady coastal breezes.

A plug for a car charger is available for added convenience. Exterior cameras are installed for security, and garage access is not provided.
