Gorgeous Like-NEW 2 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse at the exclusive Nemo Cay Resort. Upscale two-story home, with top of the line furniture and décor throughout. A top designer has thought through every detail -Smart HDTVs in every room, an extensively equipped kitchen, new appliances and a full size washer/dryer in the unit. This Townhome is a corner unit with a larger patio area with table and grill.

As you walk in, you will be welcomed by an open floor plan with lots of natural light. The kitchen, dining and living area are directly in front of you with a bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen features granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances - to include a dishwasher and top of the line pots, pans, cookware and small appliances. The living area features a large sofa which converts into a queen sized sleeper, comfy accent chairs and ottoman for additional seating and a 55” HD/Smart TV with cable, blu-ray DVD and WiFi.

Upstairs you will find a king-sized master suite complete with a private bathroom with shower and wall-mounted 42”smart HDTV with cable and blu-ray DVD. Just down the hall is a queen-sized master bedroom complete with it’s own bathroom with a shower/tub combo, HDTV/cable/blu-ray DVD. We provide soaps and shampoo, alarm clocks, linens, blow dryers and a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board & iron located upstairs.

Nemo Cay is one of the newest and best located resort communities on North Padre Island. Easy access to sub sandwich shop next to the pool and minutes from the beach. Super convenient to shopping, restaurants, bars and local museums and galleries. It is just 18 minutes away from the town of Port Aransas and the Newport Dunes golf course. The resort includes a playground, picnic area with BBQ pits, resort style pool with kiddie pool, assigned parking. During the winter, the swimming pool is heated so guests can swim comfortably year around!

So cozy and comfy. Very well kept and cleanly. The host and manager are very responsive and friendly. The pool area is relaxing. Not far from the beach. We loved it and will be back!!!

Absolutely loved this property and the host were very accomidating to our needs and stay request. We had all thequipment to make a feast for the family. This made for a very memorable 15th bday for my daughter and we will definitely stay again.

Lovely Beach House

We enjoyed our stay! Our kids loved having their own bathrooms and the pool. It was nice to have a larger yard for our dogs. We love that you can walk to a great sushi restaurant too.

Great stay!

We were in town for a sad occasion however this VRBO was the perfect fit for our family. It was spacious and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the location convenient for our needs. The pool area was a nice bonus for hanging out in the evening in comfortable Adirondack chairs. Would highly recommend .

The perfect place for us

My daughter got married on 9/9/23 on the beach in Corpus. We rented this beautiful condo for a long weekend and shared it with her new in-laws. It was absolutly the perfect gathering place for us and our adult children and our pups. The back/side yard was a wonderful place to sit and chat late into the evening. The pool was HUGE and very clean. A/C was super cold and about froze us out at night. LOL We even walked over to The Slip (local bar right behind the condo) the night after the ceremony. It was a fun little bar, friendly bar tender and locals. I highly recommend staying here. 5 outta 5 stars! Jim and Veronica were great with communication too! We want to come stay here again soon.

The pictures are old. The living room sofa and two chairs turned out to be dirty and worn. The unit has a major bug problem in the kitchen and dining area. After reporting, we were told the unit had been treated prior to our arrival. We declined to have further treatment due to more chemical exposure. We discovered bugs in the dishwasher and other areas as the days went by. These two older men put up with this. If the wives were with us, we would have left the property promptly. We asked for a discount to the rental amount, but the owner declined. A few other issues were handled by the property manager. A surprise was the $300 deposit not listed with VRBO

The property provided a nice weekend getaway for our family. The pool was perfect for the kiddos, and Whitecap Beach is a short five minute drive up the road. The property owner and manager were responsive and helpful when we needed assistance. We would definitely rent from Jim and his team again when we plan our next beach trip!

Cute and roomy

We took 2 of our kids and 2 of our grand kids ages 37, 20, 17, and 15) for a beach vacation. Plenty of room for everyone but we gave up the big nice comfy bed for the smaller bed, so the 3 upper teens could share a room. A bunk bed in the 2nd room would have been ideal, but we were able to fit comfortably. We had 2 designated parking spots right at the front door. The yard area was a good size with plenty of seating. White Cap beach is just a 3 minute drive away and the jettys are at the far left of the beach (if you want to fish). Port Aransas is a 23 minute drive away for excursions like parasailing, dolphin tours, pirate ship ride, etc… there is a grocery store about a mile away. The pool is a 1 minute walk from the front door. A/C is super cold. Redline helicopter tours is just around the corner, 10/10 highly recommend. Also, there is an ice cream shop, little pink building, you’ll pass just before getting to the condo, they have the cutest little place, family owned and they have the cutest deco inside and out with cornhole game. We loved it! Corpus Christi Bay Area is 27 minutes away for peddle boat rentals, jetski, and surrey bikes. And, our all time favorite thing to do, Glow ride tours. We loved the location of the condo and will definitely be back.

Finding Nemo

This property was very close to the beach, clean and well stocked with necessary essentials. The beds and pillows were comfy and Jim is very responsive to inquiries via text. Although the weather was a bit too chilly to partake, the heated pool was still a nice feature of the property.
