Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all lights, and leave the ceiling fans on.
Please lock the deadbolt for the back patio/balcony. The front door will auto-lock when closed.
Load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher, add a dishwasher pod, and start the cycle. Wash any extras by hand. In warm months, set the A/C to 76°F. In cold months, set the heat to 68°F.
Remove all trash before departure and place it in the nearest blue trash dumpsters. Trash dumpsters are located near Buildings A, D, and G.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful Staff and Immaculate property
I can't say enough on how impressed we were with our rental. The staff were so kind and helpful. The condo spotless with enough room to host my family. Probably the cleanest pool in Port A. Can't wait to book my next long weekend. Thank you team.
Overall, the condo was fantastic. Plenty of room for our family to be comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space in the afternoons and evenings. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and decor modern and beachy. The location was the major selling point - quick walk to beach, and walkable to restaurants and shops in town. We loved the pool, and overall, the property was well maintained and beautiful.The downside is the second floor location when there are people staying on the third floor. It can be incredibly loud and disruptive to sleep. The outdoor electric grill was great, but does need some kind of a tray underneath it to avoid a mess on the patio. An easy upgrade to this beautiful space would be access to a few beach staples. We came from out of state and had to figure out beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Stocking a few chairs and beach towels would have been so incredibly helpful.
