This is a nice place to stay by the beach, Im happy I found it. It had dishes, separate rooms, a kitchen area, dining area, and a patio. We enjoyed every part of it. It was peaceful, clean, and quiet. There was nothing bad about this place, and that’s hard to find when you’re by the beach, they even have better last minute rates than the rinky dink motels around there. My whole family loved it and we are definitely going back.

Two things about the stay. is just stepping out the mosquitoes were rellly bad. They got in to house and we kept fighting them off The water to rise off to get into the pool was super hot. Other then that the stay was great. We really had a good time.

The Bungalow was clean and had all the amenities one needs. Roomy and felt homey. Only complaint was the A/C would not come off of low. I guess it wasn’t bad enough to call out management, just not a comfortable temperature during the day. I shut off all the rooms at night and the bedroom stayed cool. Overall a great stay

As we were walking out the door for vacation we found out that our prior hotel had canceled our stay without any communication or explanation whatsoever!! After a mini freakout, I went onto Expedia and Sea and Sand Cottages was the first thing that popped up. I did some some glowing reviews and I had only a few seconds to skim over them before deciding to book. I have to add to all those reviews. Check in is so easy, check out was breeze and Matthew was so wonderful. Very attentive and made the process stress-free. The cottage itself is so cute, cozy and clean with plenty of room for everyone. The pool was warm and clean as well and even has some toys if need be. The environment is soo quiet and peaceful and very close to the beach and some shops/food. We had a wonderful much needed time away and we are already planning our next trip out to paradise. 🌴 ⛱️ 🌞
