Welcome to your first floor, Gulf Coast retreat! This lovely remodeled modern efficiency condo offers fantastic views of the Port Aransas beach and is perfect for up to 2 guests.
The sleeping area has a beautiful King size bed outfitted with resort-style linens, and the living space is complete with 2 rotating chairs situated perfectly in front of the wall-to-wall windows.
If you are in the mood to cook during your getaway, the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dishware and cookware to adequately prepare several meals. In addition to the stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of cabinet space. A small bar table is located right next to the fridge, adding lots of counter space.
The bathroom has been completely remodeled and upgraded with modern fixtures. There is a large vanity for getting ready and several drawers and cabinets to store more personal belongings and toiletries. Also a walk in shower perfect for freshening up after a long day.
For those who like to enjoy their privacy and gorgeous views, be sure to check out your very own, private balcony- complete with seating for 2! Take advantage of the in-room coffeemaker and enjoy a marvelous sunrise- you won't regret it!

Excellent place to stay! Great view! My only complaint was the construction and landscaping noise early in the morning and the spring breakers late into the night. I would stay here again!
