Wake up and enjoy your beverage of choice, as you greet the morning on the one of the porches of You're My Boy Blue! This three-story home boasts plenty of living space and Peek-A-Boo Gulf views throughout and is just down the street from the boardwalk that leads to the beach. Resort-style amenities in this neighborhood also include two sparkling shared pools. Beautifully decorated, the stylish floor plan features hardwood floors and exquisite granite countertops. The ground-floor entrance, a bunk room (BR4) with three sets of custom-built Twin over Twin bunk beds and storage underneath to slide your luggage under.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS As part of the community at Royal Sands, you'll enjoy luxurious resort-style amenities, including two shared year-round pools and a private boardwalk to the beach. In-home amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix access with your own account*, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars in the driveway. Access to the smaller side of the garage. Spend sun-soaked days relaxing on the beach, swimming, and building sandcastles. 0.2 mile walk to the beach by way of the boardwalk, 3.5 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife, 5.3 miles to the Marina for fishing and dolphin charters. For miles of shoreline and wide, sandy beaches, make your way down to Mustang Island State Park.

Family Vacation

This rental served our family well on our trip to the beach. Proximity to the ocean was excellent and the golf cart was a great amenity getting to and from. The house met all our needs as well.

Lovely Home

The home was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. The only thing we were in need of, is more kitchen towels and a sponge to wipe the counters down. The home is located a very short walk to the beach, but the golf cart came in handy for the kids and beach gear. There are tons of sand toys, which we didnt know about so we brought our own. We enjoyed the ping pong table as well as a couple other games provided. Great family vacation in a beautiful home!

Beachy Keen

The property was perfect for our family. We will definitely be back. The house is new, clean, and really pretty. It was so helpful that a golf cart was included too. The location was excellent, just a short golf cart from the beach, and a short drive into town. The neighborhood was cute and safe. Our entire stay was very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of 5.

Not in cinnamon shores

I booked this property thinking it was in cinnamon shores. It was not ! When I googled cinnamon shores this property popped up. Never having been there we had no idea it was not in that neighborhood. Our house was fine but not what I expected. The house needs more stuff. Cooking utensils and more. Need nicer sofas and seating in main area. Outside table and chairs was rusted and cushions were old and overused. I would not rent this home if you think you are going to cinnamon shores !

Lovely Home

It was a lovely home and we enjoyed our stay. I have 3 suggestions 1. It would be nice to have a full length mirror in the home. 2. In the gathering areas, it would be nice to have places to set your drinks by all chairs. 3. Some of the towels were thin and not as fluffy as others.
