BEAUTIFUL Pool Facing, 2 bed, 2 full bath condo features a HUGE wrap around porch with views of both the bay and ocean

Enjoy your morning coffee and evening wine here on Mustang Island! We offer a heated pool, jacuzzi, fish cleaning station, grills, boat parking and recreation center with pool and ping pong. Relax at the beach, enjoy shopping and eating in town, then wind down in the jacuzzi while the kids are just steps away in the rec room or swimming pool. Pets Welcome (with paid fee.)

Giant balcony! No better place for the sunrise and a morning cup of joe. Or spread out with your family and enjoy a big breakfast to get your beach day started! The large deck is quickly accessed from both bedrooms as well as the great room.

The well appointed kitchen makes big meals a breeze! This condo features 2 full baths with tub in the master suite! All beds are made with freshly cleaned linens and comforters prior to your stay.

One covered parking spot is included with your stay.

This small boutique condominium complex only has 32 units and is the perfect place for a relaxing Port Aransas getaway!

No smoking indoors.
Max capacity 6 overnight guests!
Guests exceeding the maximum capacity will be either charged an additional $80 per night or the stay may be terminated without refund.
The renter of this unit must be at least 25 years of age with valid govt ID.
ID must be presented within 24 hours of accepted booking.
Maximum of 2 pets allowed ($85 Pet Fee + $25 for second pet) For stays longer than 5 days and additional $10/day is required for each pet.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:

• Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances).

• One set of freshly cleaned sheets and comforter for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of guests.

• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap and dish soap will be provided.

Sorry we do not provide maid or towel service.

Great weekend visit!

We had a nice relaxing weekend at this comfortable, well equipped condo! The proximity to the beach, and all the amenities made it easy to just relax and be at peace. We would come back again!

Door code glitched when we go there, but Scotty worked with us quickly and fixed the issue. Everything was clean, and is and our dogs enjoyed visiting family.

Great place and host!

Loved the place and Scott was great, always available for questions and help (passwords etc.). He lived nearby and came out to clear a clogged drain (even sent video of it working!) Would definitely rent from him again. When we left it felt like we had become friends.

First when we got there we were doubled booked. The sink was clogged, had to turn the water on and off for the toilet because it wouldnt stop running. The lady at the place next door yelled at our kids for feeding the birds. The beds where not comfortable at all. The fridge was barley kept anything cold. I know there is more i am forgetting.would never come back to this place

Felt like home

The property was fantastic. Clean and spacious. Had enough of everything needed for a week trip. Master bathroom looked brand new. The deck was much larger than I expected and was great to enjoy the sunsets. Scott the property manager was fantastic. The best property manage I’ve ever experienced in years. Made sure everything was ready to go and followed up several times during our stay.
