Newly Renovated Beach Condo with views of the ocean and downtown Corpus Christi!

Relax and unwind at our recently renovated beach view condo! This cozy beautifully decorated condo is right on the beach. This 420 sq ft. condo is perfect for a couple or a small family looking for a beach getaway. Beach Haven condo is located close to many attractions such as the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, Whataburger Stadium, Hurricane Alley Waterpark, and many downtown restaurants.

Condo Space
This cozy newly renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom beach condo is a short 2-minute walk to the beach. It offers a new Queen size bed with a pillowtop mattress, (2) Twin sized bunk beds for the kiddos, and a full-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo has a small kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. We provide all dishes, utensils, toaster, blender, and hand mixer. There are (2) televisions in the space (living and bedroom).

The complex has (2) private pools, barbecue grills on the property, and picnic tables. We are on the top floor of building #1 which is where the heated pool is located during winter months. There are coin and credit card operated washer/dryers located on each floor. We do provide free Wi-Fi, basic cable tv, and you will have access to Netflix. There is elevator access to reach Beach Haven condo.

***Upon check-in at the front office, you will be charged a non-refundable $15 check-in fee which will go towards parking, a gate access card, and wrist bands to use the pools and amenities. The complex is also currently under renovation. They are currently replacing all exterior siding and painting during the weekdays.

Everything was great except the pull out couch had no bottom sheet and you could feel every spring. It's noisy when you turn over. It was clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony was nice. The bunk beds are only suited for small children. Easy access to restaurants and beach stores. I would recommend for a couple.

Great Spot

Great Location, North Beach is beautiful and the view is awesome. Withing walking distance to the USS Lexington Museum, the Aquarium, food, drinks and entertainment. We spent most of our time fishing in Port Aransus and all around Corpus Christi with many fishing piers, jetties and surf fishing opportunities.Thanks,KS

We had very nice time here. Room is as stated. Very clean!!! Nice view. Plenty of beach chairs, even a beach bag available to use. Pools are very refreshing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend.

Beautiful view of bay/Lexington ship

Enjoyed the balcony view. Located minutes from Lexington ship and aquarium, which was why we were there. The place was small, clean, well equipped, and decorated nicely. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

This beachfront condo is located in a secure, gated community. The condo offers a good view of the bay and colorful tropical decor. It was well stocked with thoughtful amenities that made our stay very comfortable!

The condo is a little tight, but finished out very well. It is comfortable and has a nice color theme throughout. We had most everything we needed.The building is in a slow process of renovation and at times there was signage saying the elevator was out of order and the fire alarms were not functional.We really like the location on North Beach since it is calm, private and we can easily enjoy the beach by ourselves then come back and enjoy one of the pools. There was not a lot of activity of other folks in the building so we would recommend as a nice hideaway to enjoy with family and friends.

Family North Beach Long Weekend Trip

The condo was exactly as described and owner has thought of everything to make your stay easy and smooth.When checking in, the front desk mentioned, "Oh l you booked a great unit" and he was absolutely correct. Our kids enjoyed the availabilty of the beach items as we flew in to Texas making packing much easier. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen items making celebrating a holiday away simple. The complex property is undergoing improvements, but have strict measures in place to limit disturbances to guests. The location on North Beach was walkable, quiet, less-crowded than the public beach and clean. We were able to walk everywhere and the unit was perfect for our long weekend stay.

Views of Water and USS Lexington - Stellar!

This property was true to advertisement! It was just my husband and I who stayed and was the perfect size, small. The shower pressure was awesome! The unit was quiet and there was no construction on this unit. We especially enjoyed the walk on the side walk to the USS Lexington and Tiki Bar! The beach was perfect location and the heated swimming pool was amazing! We were happy we brought a pull cart to load our beachtime gear into! We did notice a stock of pool towels and boogie boards, beach chairs you can borrow! Fridgerator and freezer are full size! We didn't do any cooking but could have with the well stocked pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware! Thank you for the welcome snacks and coffee for the Keurig! The bed was very comfortable!

Wonderful experience

Property is like described and shown in pictures, but more! Kitchen has everything you need. The refrigerator was clean and all appliances worked. Shower was clean. Bedding was freah and clean. The host was very gracious as I had a few questions about how the TV worked. The beach is just steps away. I was traveling solo and did not have any concerns or worries and would stay here again! Would be perfect for a couple's retreat as well.

Lovely Accomodations

From check-in to check out, our stay here was great. We were in Corpus Christi primarily to tour the USS Lexington. Since we could see the carrier from the condo’s deck, this location was perfect. We walked to the ship (about 15 minutes each way.) The condo was clean & was equipped with everything we needed. It was also comfortable for our family (Mom, Dad & adult daughter). The only downside was the apparent ongoing renovation/repair, but since it was on the other end of the building, it didn’t affect us. Thanks again!

Diamond in the rough

Honestly the exterior of this property is a little rough HOWEVER!! This homeowner has done an AWESOME job of creating a very inviting, friendly, comfortable, enjoyable space!! This is a small unit that they have managed to fit every necessity needed for a beach stay!! The comfortable bed provided the best sleep I have had in forever!!! The location is right at the beach and the staff at the facility were very friendly and the owner was very accessible. The property is under some construction so hopefully the exterior will soon be as inviting as the interior.

Corpus Christi Beach Haven Condo

Perfect location for visiting the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium. Both were within walking distance along with souvenir shops and restaurants. Private beach access that wasn’t crowded. 2 Updated front load washers and dryers on each level for laundry were convenient. Lots of extra amenities included with the unit including beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach bag. Snacks and water upon arrival were a nice touch. Adorable updated unit with beach decor throughout. The building was undergoing outside renovations so wasn’t as appealing from the outside.

Loved being able to directly access the beach, sunrise was amazing! Also liked having laundry onsite. The unit itself was even tinier than we anticipated and the plug-in air fresheners should be removed—bad for allergies and those with fragrance sensitivity—I have migraines triggered by scent. Also I’ve read that these plug in air fresheners emit formaldehyde! Fortunately we were able to put them on the balcony and open the doors to air out the place. Visually the condo was exhausting with way too many knickknacks and motivational signs. Luckily we were out most of the time on the beach or exploring. USS Lexington and Padre National Seashore were very enjoyable.

The condo was in a great location super close to beach. Nice view of bridge and water. Several things in walkable distance. Nice paved walkway along the beach. Nicely decorated and host was super responsive. Pool Was not working (heater) and there was construction on our building but disruption was minimum from that. We had a great stay!
