as soon as you open the door to this 3rd story property you will be greeted with a open floor plan, we have water views from every window! our favorite thing about our property is the French doors that completely open up to the balcony that really shows off the water view, palm trees swaying and those beautiful Texas Sunsets! We are on the 3RD floor so our views are from up top where its nice and quiet!

The condo was clean and the host was very responsive to our needs. The king bed was very comfortable. We could see the sunset from our balcony. The pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness room were clean and in good condition as well. We stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed Padre National Seashore, White Cap beach, kayaking and all the other activities, museums, etc.. that Corpus Christi had to offer. Grocery shopping was close by.

The location is definitely its strongest point, just a short walk to the beach, which made getting back and forth super convenient. However, the unit is on the third floor with no elevator, so be prepared for a bit of a climb, especially with luggage. The place itself could use some TLC. Nothing major, but small maintenance updates and a bit of freshening up would go a long way. Overall, it worked for our stay, but with a few improvements it could be much better.

My family and I (two teens), stayed for Beach to Bay weekend. The property was so cute and just as they described it in the listing. Check in was easy, had the information sent to us in plenty of time. Not far from the beach at all, we had a golf cart and it took about 3 minutes, there’s also gas stations and grocery near by. The pool on property was nice too.

It was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The check-in and out process was simple amd easy. The host was wonderful and easy to work with. We appreciated her friendliness and her quick response. The only drawback is it is up 3 flights of steep stairs. Despite that, we loved our stay.
