A new main suite has recently been added to this 1-story beach home on stilts. This is a great place for a family vacation, with a boardwalk and ocean views from the deck. All new appliances, furnishings, and a Bella brand pod coffee maker (which is compatible with a Keurig). The Living Room has a large sectional couch and a big screen TV. Very open floor plan. Main bedroom (BR1) has a nice king bed and an ensuite bathroom; guest bedroom (BR2) has a queen bed; the second guest bedroom (BR3) has a full bed with a twin and a trundle bed underneath, and they share a bathroom. Enjoy the short walk to the beach via the private neighborhood boardwalk. You will enjoy one of the best ocean views in Port Aransas. The ground floor has parking for 3 cars.

Great house and location. Clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Our favorite thing to do was to sit on the upper deck and watch the waves. House was close enough to hear the sounds of the ocean. Very short walk to the beach. I will stay there again.

Awesome Experience!

We came down for a bachelorette party for my sister. We all flew into Corpus and the contactless check in was seamless and easy. Directions were given to find the house and it was adorable! I love the location in regards to the beach and Port A. It was an absolute blast of a weekend, checking in and out was so easy! We were already planning our return trip on the drive to the airport!

It was a short but nice stay. The cable equipment was not hooked up in the master bedroom. There were some blood stains on the comforter in the guest room. We had to wash the sheets prior to using them.

A/c was broken in master, 2nd and third bedroom were tiny, one of the bedrooms had flower pots the bed legs were in. Second bathroom is tiny for more than 2 people and the only one to use for 2 rooms of people. Location was what is described.

Birthday is sometimes on Father's Day

My girlfriend's birthday landed on Father's Day this year so we decided to go for a beach holiday. The house was super close to the beach, it was a lovely home. We had an issue with the air conditioner but the property management hustled out and corrected the situation ASAP. We will be back next year when it is only Father's Day! HA!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, beautiful, home until it rained on Saturday and a roach infestation commenced. We counted 8 that crawled in from under the front door threshold and then decided to leave early. A can of insect repellent would have been handy.

The property was as advertised. The location was great. I’ve used Vrbo several times and this one didn’t have some basics that I’ve come to expect when paying this price point. There were only two rolls of toilet paper. No dish soap. Ugh. Nothing to wipe down counters after cooking. Beds were good though. It as clean.

Super clean. 360 degree views from the rooftop deck. A short walk on the neighborhood boardwalk to the beach. We definitely recommend it. Loved the La Playa neighborhood. Small, stand alone houses spaced well. A few minor recommendations for the owner...the bathroom sink needs a new drain would not stay open without manual lifting, and the new master bed...while super comfy with a new mattress...has a very creaky bedframe. Other than those minor things, our stay was perfect.

Great place to stay

Enough amenities to get you through the week. The location was very convenient to the beach via the boardwalk while being slightly off (1st / 2nd row). The cleaning stations for both fish and feet were a nice bonus as was the "beach toys" room downstairs which included the small charcoal BBQ. Room size was adequate for 2 per room and the master with an AWESOME bath and walkout patio was a nice bonus. Large couches including a hidden pullout snuck behind them for additional sleeping for the max guests without cramming more in the rooms. Plenty of space upstairs to host family evenings away from TV and enjoy the sights and sounds of the surf not far off. Location was convenient to many restaurants and direct beach access for your vehicle. The ability to rent golf carts directly from the property management was a nice add for convenience as the streets were filled with them in the area. Lots off nearby ops for tourist outings (deep sea fishing charters, kayaking, helicopter rides, pier fishing, etc.). Enjoyed our weekend ... even while dealing with bad weather at a beach location.
