I love this property so much. It is always very clean and fresh and does not smell of chemicals.Check-in is always very easy and the property is very well kept. Checkout is just as easy.The TV has cable and allows for streaming, which makes us feel very much at home. This is our favorite go to property when we go to Rockport, which is often!

Holiday/graduation weekend in Rockport.

Charming cottage. Great location. Plenty of parking. Nice outdoor space with shade trees and green lawn. We booked early in the year due too Memorial Day and our grandson graduating from Rockport-Fulton in anticipation of busy weekend. There was also a music festival nearby. Easy to work with. Have shared on our facebook page for friends and family to see.

Clean and convenient

If you want to hide out

If you’re looking for a place to hide out where nobody will find you this is it it’s cute. It was clean and it’s a cute little getaway away from everything else if that’s what you’re looking for, but if you’re looking to stay in the city, definitely not it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time staying here (same cottage). The first time was July of 2023. .the king bed was wonderful. This time, the mattress is different and not comfortable. Please replace with the previous mattress. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Cute place, and clean property. Very conveniently location.

I enjoyed my stay, but did not enjoy the large cockroach belly up in the middle of my room, a light out in the bathroom. There was a substance on the floor at the foot of the bed. I grab some paper towels to wipe it up and the paper towels was filthy. My sock that I wore while there were very very dirty, so I don't think the floors get mopped very often. Most folks would not say anything about this, but I think there is some feces on the wall behind the toilet tank, and some spills on the wall left of the sink. Floor under the sink to the wall need a good cleaning. But, I would stay again. Cleaning crew needs to be just a tad bit more efficient, and check for big roaches. Lol FYI I usually don't complain, but you have a nice place, and your cleaning crew needs to keep it that way. Thanks!

I got redirected before my trip so I gave the room to my father, sister, and niece for 2 days then I took over and stayed with my father for 2 days. As for the 4 of us total on this trip, we all enjoyed it. Just 1 room and a bathroom but it was a great size (especially for the price) and got the job done nicely. I will definitely look to book this place again
