Beautiful unit with a gorgeous view. Unit is well-decorated and very comfortable. The area is safe, and the unit is well-stocked. Communication from the rental company was excellent. We did not run into any problems. We had everything we needed, and I would definitely recommend this place.

Best of the best!

We brought my husband’s parents from Arizona for the weekend, they absolutely loved it! Everyone was so nice and really cared that we have a great stay, the view was heavenly and our condo was perfect! Very clean and comfortable furniture and patio settings, we ate some fantastic food at Moondogs and the Bakery Cafe. We stayed in #306 Capn’s a beautiful condo! Was really great full for the elevator as my father in law has trouble with stairs, we had a great time fishing even though we only caught some babies that we put back into the water, will definitely be back, thank you to everyone for making us feel welcomed and appreciated.

Beautiful condo with incredible views, very well-equipped with everything you need - 5 stars for that. Unfortunately, it was obvious the floors had not been cleaned as there was hair, crumbs, and a dead fly in the living room, as well as a huge brown sticky stain by the couch with hair. I assumed it was dog urine but could have been a soda. Took videos but don’t see an option to share. The sound on the bedroom TV did not work and the shower drain was clogged. Cleaning fees do not make sense - dirty floors, strip the beds, take out the trash, pretty much do the housekeeping. They did send someone to fix the shower and mop the floors, but that was my only full day and didn’t get going until around noon. Lovely place :) but a hotel would be less complicated.

This property was advertised as non smoking. When I got off the elevator, I walked through the stench of cigarretre smoke, which I am highly sensitive to ( lobectomy for rare neuro endocrine lung cancer in 2020). The unit had a stale cigarette, old smell and I had difficulty breathing with my sensitivity. Arrived at 11 pm, ran the ac to try to clear it out. Was up till after 4 am due to discomfort breathing, up at 7 am, packed back up and left. This unit was improperly advertised, and no refund or partial refund granted.
