- Absolute oceanfront! Beautiful, just remodeled 1250 square foot oceanfront island condo on beautiful Port Aransas beach. Hear the sound of rolling surf as you look at the unobstructed $1,000,000 view from your extra large private balcony, living room , dining room, open kitchen and 3 bedrooms. This unit is beautifully furnished and sleeps 8 comfortably with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in second bedroom and a twin over full bunkbed in third bedroom. For your convenience, the Livingroom host a queen size sofa sleeper. The condo has been updated with beautiful new kitchen and baths with granite counters, glass block, new stainless steel appliances and even a real surfboard counter. Enjoy two large pools, hot tubs, a sport court and grills. The unit also has a new washer and dryer, dishwasher, and disposal.
