Our property is conveniently located on Eleventh Street, only a short distance from 1A beach access, and a quick golf cart ride to downtown Port Aransas and other beach entrances. While it's possible to walk to the beach, we recommend a vehicle or golf cart if you plan to bring coolers, umbrellas, and other beach gear during your stay..

Our family of 5 enjoyed this property with a very nice heated pool and was close to the beach. Nice updated decor with plenty of room. If we come back to the area, we will stay again.

Townhouse w/heated pool

My wife and I rented the house and it is in a beautiful location central to the beach into town and a wonderful quiet place. The heat pool was wonderful. We use that a couple times a day in between meeting with Family and it was just a wonderful experience and I will go back when the house available and I strongly recommend This location to traveling families because there’s plenty of space upstairs and downstairs for families

We have stayed at several locations and this by far has been the best experience yet. Very well kept! Home was nice and the pool was literally right infront of the house. I would def book again.

A Great Getaway

We loved this cute home. We had 4 adults and 4 kiddos staying here. It was PERFECT for our family. The kids loved getting to all sleep together in the bunk room and the adults had their own private spaces. The location is fabulous. Very close to the beach and to restaurants. We had a great stay!

Perfect for Sandfest

6 adults stayed over the Sandfest holiday in April and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The pool literally right outside the front door was an awesome luxury, the big comfy couch was perfect for cozy evenings after spending all day at the beach. The beds were comfy, great sheets, overall a great stay.

Great Location, Just Right for My Family

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and comfortable. Location was great with the beach just a few minutes away and everything else we needed within a 5-10 minute drive. The pool wasn't huge but it was clean and just right for my family and children. Check in/out was simple and the host was very helpful and responsive.

Spring get away

The kids loves the heated pool it was right outside our doors. The beach was just a few minutes away. We rented a golf cart had three parking spots. The place was warm and inviting, beds were soft and comfy. Will definitely stay again if available for our future trips.

This place was the perfect spot for our group of 6 adults. Very clean. Quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was fully functional with all that you would need to cook a meal. The linens were plentiful. Enough towels for everyone. The pool was amazing. All the convinces of home well kept property.

Short Beach Trip

We enjoyed our 2-night stay here! The condo offered plenty of room incuding two living spaces. While the parking was a bit tight, it was extremely convenient for unloading and loading our vehicle. The location of the property was also perfect - as it was just maybe a 3-minute golf cart ride and a 1-minute or so car ride away from the beach.Although we didn't get a chance to use the pool, it was great to have it right outside. Overall, it was an wonderful stay and would return. eerirn. definitely choose to stay here again.

House was great. I had thought there was a private pool, but after we got checked in noticed it shared with the other 2 that shared the patio. Neighbors with kids walked in didn’t know that it shared with another that didn’t share the patio. That was our only complaint. People of Port A are absolutely the best.

Spring Break Stay

If you misread the amenities listed like I did, you should know the small pool is SHARED with 3 other units. Its heated, which was nice, but we had issues with noisy teenagers in the pool area, some of them jumping off the neighboring units' roof into a 5' pool. The unit itself was nice and comfortable. 3 br, 3bath. Small kitchen...more than 2 and its crowded. Baking pans were awfully rusted and need replacing. Neighbors took our outdoor chairs, and our bbq pit was too dirty to use. The communication with the unit manager was spot on though. They were Very responsive, which is the reason why I'm giving this a 5-star and not a 4.

We loved that the pool was right outside the door. There was plenty room for the kids to spread out. The location was convenient beach access wasn’t to far. Plenty of parking for our vehicle and golf cart rental. Hosts were kind and attentive, they thought of everything. Will definitely go back again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Communication was excellent, every question I had before and during our trip was answered promptly. We had a group of 10 and were very comfortable throughout our stay. The pool right outside the door was such a bonus, and the location was super convenient, with golf cart rentals nearby.The WiFi worked perfectly, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware we needed, and the place was spotless with a fresh, clean smell as soon as we walked in. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it for groups of 10–12. You’ll feel right at home and very comfortable here!
