Only 1.5 miles away from Rockport Beach (5 min drive or 10 minute bike ride).

Pearl Retreat is very welcoming/cozy with chic coastal decor and TONS of natural lighting. Great for larger groups and families.

-3 Bedroom/3 Full Bath; furnished with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed & 1 Bunk bed with 2 Full size mattresses
*Can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults!
-Kitchen is fully equipped and has all of the essentials needed for your stay
-Laundry room with washer and dryer

OUTDOOR SPACE
-Large covered carport that can easily fit 3 + cars for parking.
Please NO PARKING in grass.
-5 Burner gas BBQ PIT- We refill propane tank when we can, but if empty you will need to provide/refill as it is not always supplied
-NEW! Large outdoor dining area

- To help better your stay and keep the property beautiful we have a lawn service that comes every 2 weeks. Don't mind them, they will promptly do their job and leave.
