Welcome to your dream beach home at 158 Beach View! This gorgeous coastal getaway offers plenty of space for family and friends, with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. On the first level, you'll find two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a half bath, and a cozy living area complete with a large TV—perfect for movie nights. Step outside to the patio, where a propane grill, granite countertop, and built-in sink make outdoor dining a breeze.
Upstairs, the main living area features an open-concept design that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. This level also includes an additional bedroom and full bathroom, along with a luxurious master suite featuring a spa-like en suite bath. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
The true highlight of this home is the balconies on both sides, where you can relax and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. Whether you're here for sun-soaked beach days, family gatherings, or a peaceful coastal escape, 158 Beach View is your perfect vacation destination.

Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
