Beachfront home 3 bedroom w/ included separate apartment AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS!!!

30 minutes from Corpus Christi and next to Newport Dunes, an Arnold Palmer signature golf course, this 3-story direct beach front house has a yard that is nearly 3/4 of an acre backing up to the ocean. The house is located in Mustang Royale, one of the most vibrant and colorful neighborhoods in Port Aransas. It sits in a cul-de-sac off the beaten track but provides access to a community pool just a few houses away.

You can't beat this view! Every bedroom in the main house opens up to a huge balcony overlooking the Texas gulf so that you can fall asleep listening to the waves. Plus, we have a beautiful studio apartment on the bottom floor that will sleep up to 4 . Enjoy the sunrise from one of the two huge back decks and see the sun set from the front deck. The secluded bottom patio provides a private seating area, grill, and outdoor shower. There is even a professional massage table on site!

This home accommodates any vacation goal. It sits in a secluded cul-de-sac off the beaten track but provides access to a community pool just a few houses away. All boats and watercraft must be parked fully in the driveway but if needed, you may park your boat at the Port Aransas Municipal Marina for up to five days at no charge. So bring your whole family, including the furry members, or enjoy some privacy in your romantic retreat.

Amazing Location and Great Home Owner!

This location is just about unbeatable! We had an unobstructed view of the ocean from the top patio and the boardwalk is just a short walk down the neighborhood. The house was pretty well taken care of and well stocked for the week. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beach front location!

Our whole family loves the sounds and the beauty of the ocean and the location couldn't have been better. We appreciated the host allowing us to bring our fur babies too for their first ocean experience. Everything about the house was very convenient and made for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The family had a great time, we really enjoyed our stay, we had a great location and the view was incredible , the house had all the amenities your needed required for a great stay and I was really was pleased with being able to take the golf cart from the house to the beach on the boardwalk, would love to stay again in the future.

Nice Beach House

We had a great time at this pet friendly beach house. You can hear the sound of the waves 24/7! The location to the beach was perfect. Quick walk and you are on the sand! Nice view from the house too. The kitchen was great for cooking dinners. The owner was very quick to answer questions and was super nice. We would definitely rent again.

Amazing Location!

This house is awesome for its location and view. We loved the big porch where we could eat meals and listen to the waves and the walk to the beach was short. The house had all of the essentials that we needed and worked well for our family. The kitchen is minimally furnished and could use a few new pots/pans, but really we had no complaints. If you want to be close to the beach, this is a great spot!

This house has plenty of room for the whole family. Enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio. Short walk to the pool and the beach. Jennifer, (management) responded quickly to all my question. Enjoyed our stay.

Having rented beach homes all along the Texas Gulf Coast throughout the years, I can truly say that this house has been the most enjoyable. The house is better than advertised. It has a great location, well equipped with everything needed, clean and well maintained. The owner is a pleasure to work with. Our family will definitely be back!

Very restful vacation!

The house was very nice, had everything we needed. It for our group of 9 very well. We rented a golf cart for easy access to the pool and beach but it wasn’t a far walk to either. One thing to note was the locks were a little weird sometimes but overall it was a great stay.

Numerous misrepresentations - was told there was a high chair and stair gate - neither could be found, but the Management company purchased and delivered shortly. Trash was still in trash cans, place was quite dirty, including pet or animal waste in driveway and walks. Dishwasher rack was busted, numerous lights missing or out. Was told beach furniture in garage but garage was inaccessible. On the positive, very close to beach with nice views and was provided golf cart for most of week.

Wish we could have stayed longer!!

The views are absolutely amazing!! Just beautiful. The house has a great floor plan too - everyone had a sense of privacy even if we were all home. The kitchen has everything you need plus more and the beds were comfortable and there were TV's in every room. There were toys and chairs in the garage which came in handy as well. Walking to the beach was a piece of cake even with a two year old. The laundry room is really nice and the down stairs shower is awesome! If you are looking for a really nice beach house that you can vacation with your dogs with beach fronts views, I wouldn't look any further!

House was clean with updated interior and great view of gulf from 3rd floor. Situated on a cul de sac in a very quiet neighborhood. Boardwalk was just down the street for easy beach access(especially with rented golf cart). Owner responded very quickly to any questions. Kitchen and living area are on 3rd floor; with a 2 1/2 year old and a geriatric dog that had to be carried I counted the steps—35 of them! We wished for a baby gate, were grateful we were in good shape and enjoyed ourselves. We would definitely stay at BFB again. Exterior needs repainting but, happy to see Beach Beach Baby and Port A standing Texas Strong after Hurricane Harvey.

Overall the place was clean. I did notice the ceiling fan blades and lamp shades had dust on them. My brother fell from the outside bottom step because one of the lights was burned out. Contacted the host and it was fixed the next day

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at Beachfront Baby. The view is great and the beds are comfortable; the location is convenient to Port Aransas proper and not far from Corpus. The beach was disappointing, especially compared to the days when we lived in Austin and came to Port Aransas on vacation, because of the vast line of vehicles allowed on the beach & associated traffic. Access to the beach from the house was good. We did have a couple of problems at the house: (a) the clothes dryer required multiple cycles to dry a load;(b) front door lock malfunctioned; (c) the outdoor shower was a nice convenience when returning from the beach but the valve was tempermental, difficult to find the sweet spot when it was off; (d) there are some lights that are burned out or not working; (e) in the kitchen, measuring cups & spoons were inadequate.

Loved our stay at Beach Front Baby!

I don't know what could have made our stay at BFB any better. Truly, the house is well located, quite close to the boardwalk as well as the community pool. It is thoughtfully laid out with the kitchen, dining and family room on the third floor so you can take full advantage of the beautiful water views. The porches provide excellent shade and the TWO large picnic tables on the third floor deck allowed us to enjoy our meals outside in the shade, watching the waves roll in. As several people have commented, the kitchen is very well stocked with all kinds of cooking pans, bowls, utensils - we lacked for nothing. We were three family groups, including four small children. The owners graciously allow guests to use their high chair, baby gates, and also a nice selection of beach toys! Wow! How thoughtful! The layout of the home allowed everyone to feel like they had their own space which was great. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs "apartment" and it functioned perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and the linens are well maintained. The washer and dryer on the second floor was so convenient. I am already thinking of our next visit and hope that we will be able to stay at Beach Front Baby again - it is worthy of many returns. Thanks so much!!

The kitchen had black mold on the ceiling . The bathroom on the second floor had black mold in the bathtub. The ceiling fan in room on second floor fell out of the ceiling in the middle of the night. There were dirty dishes in dishwasher. The attic cover was falling apart. There were several door facings that were broken or had water damage . The couch in living room had tears and holes on the side. There was a missing blind in master bedroom you could see inside the room from outside had to put a towel up . I contacted the host on the first day and everyday after that there was something everyday that was wrong. On Tuesday when ceiling fan fell she offered a refund so we left. We got married here 13 years ago and very disappointed in the maintenance of the house it was such a beautiful place then. The host was nice and worked with us on everything just sad that we weren’t able to enjoy it.
