  • This adorable ground floor condo, has a patio over looking our live fed salt water pond with fishing pier, we have great amenities such as 24 hour state of the art fitness centre, glassed in heated pool with spa pool, sauna, office area in club room, BBQ grills throughout community and in pool area, and what makes it really great is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. This affordable one bedroom is newly upgraded and fully furnished and equipped to make you feel like home, Wifi available in unit and at gazebo, One assigned parking spot, car wash area at back of property, boat parking available but have to register at office. Close to the new IGA Supermarket and Hardknocks Sports bar. We have great local eateries, shopping and entertainment, with the comforts of the big city only minutes away with more and of course the State Aquarium, USS Lexington attractions, shopping and much more. Port Aransas is a short drive as well with deep sea fishing charters, restaurants on the water, fun little town. We do offer beach towels and Beach buggy rentals are available nearby.... So come Relax and put your toes in the sand, soak up the sun and take home some great memories to talk about for years.

The space was clean. Peggy was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early which was nice since it was the last mini vacay with my son before leaving for the summer. The pool was an added bonus after a long day at the beach we could hang out by the pool.

Nice condo. Perfect for two people.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was in a good location, close to stores, beach and restaurants. It was clean and had most everything we needed. I liked that it was on the first floor. Would definitely stay there again.

We picked this property due to it being close to the beach. It was very cute and clean. The grounds were very clean as well. We used the pool once and it was a very nice area. The property owner is very sweet amd takes amazing care of her condo. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we go back to the coast.

Padre Island getaway

The condo was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Wish it was right on the beach, but the one block walk to the beach was fine. The pool was clean, but needs more umbrellas for shade from the hot Texas sun.

Nice place to stay for a short getaway

The condo was mostly clean and well stocked. Had one stain in the bathtub, but overall was clean. I've stayed at different units in Beach Club and this was one of the best. The ice maker worked and most dont work.

Always awesome!

We found this hidden gem during 2020 as we wanted to find a condo close to the beach to where we could walk if we needed to and we have been coming back ever since. I think we have stayed here at least 4 or 5 times and Peggy never disappoints. The condo is always clean and stocked with items we need. Has a great view of pond and very close to the pool. Will always recommend this condo!

Beautiful Beachy Stay

Me and my Husband had a awesome time Staying at Just Beachy Condo. Peggy i want to Thank you so much for such a beautiful, clean and comfortable home away from home and omg the bed so comfortable, we enjoyed the beautiful views of pond. A 4 min walk to the beach was awesome everything we needed around the area was so convenient you did not have to travel far at all. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and hot tub so much fun. We definetly will be back again Thankyou again for responding bk to us so quickly when we needed to ask any questions. You are a Gracious Host and Very Sweet thankyou for the late check out we did not want to leave lol. From the Mr and Mrs Hopkins see you soon again!!

Best location in the complex

We liked everything about the condo, it was quiet, view from the balcony was wonderful and first floor made it easy to get in and out (especially with kids). The inside was nicely decorated, had all the nessesary items and more (extra sheets, plenty of towels and even beach towels). The unit was tidy and clean Communication with the owner was very easy. We really liked everything about this condo and will come again when we can! We were the family of 5 with two older kids and an infant - when we originally booked the place, our infant wasn't born yet. The owner allowed us to reschedule our stay last minute because of some unexpected conflict, so we are extremely thankful for her flexibility! The condo is perfect for family of 4 or fewer people, but it worked out with an infant too. Highly recommend it!

We found this condo back in 2020 during Covid when the state shut down the beaches to cars. This condo is perfectly located to where you can walk to the beach in about 5-10 minutes. There is a walkway if you have a wagon. Close to several places to eat and the island store. Peggy has replaced furniture since we were here last year and all the upgrades are awesome! We have never had a problem staying at Peggy’s condo. We will be returning next year! Highly recommend to anyone who is a smaller family or a couple.
