It offers a convenient 10-minute drive downtown and 20-minutes to the North Beach, and 13 minutes from airport. Important Note:
1. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
2. The pool is open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM, except on Mondays when it is closed for maintenance.
3. This unit is on the 2nd floor and requires stairs for access.
4. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors.
