Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. This condo is really about location. The condo itself was a little run down, furniture didn’t work properly, and it didn’t come with beach towels. Considering this is a beach property I was shocked.

Overall our stay was good. The room was dated but clean. The halls where the rooms were located out of were definitely older or seemed that way…. Access right to the beach was nice. Very nice desk people.

The room was not cleaned very well upon entering. There was a dead cockroach in the middle of the room and the bathtub was not cleaned at all. The bed is also really uncomfortable.

Just right

Our first time to Port Aransas for our Anniversary. The condo was great with all the necessary amenities, the office super friendly. Loved that it was right on the beach and only 5 minute drive into town. We enjoyed the small town experience of Port A. Unfortunately it was cloudy and and extreme fog couple of the days, of course nobody’s fault. Would definitely come back to Casa condos if we’re ever back in this direction, except maybe during warmer days.
