About this property

Brand New 3bdr/2.5 Bath. Private Pool!

  • Rosie's Hula House is a brand new 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with a private pool and only 2 blocks from the beach. It is also a short ride to restaurants, shops and activities.

    The wide open floor plans give you and your guests place to entertain or relax. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the necessities to cook your favorite meals. The dining table seats 6 with additional 3 at the breakfast bar. After a day at the beach, relax in the living room and watch a movie on the 50" smart tv.

    Rosie's Hula House sleeps up to 8 guest in its 3 bedroom 2 bath floor plan. The master bedroom provides a king bed and private bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and smart tv. 3rd bedroom has a built-in bunk bed, full over full beds with stairs to easily access the top bunk. It also has a smart tv. Both the 2nd bedroom and bunk room share the hall bathroom which offers a tub & shower combination.

    Enjoy the outdoor entertaining space which features a private pool, table & chairs, charcoal grill, outdoor shower and a pool side restroom.

    THINGS TO KNOW:

    Primary Renter must be 25 yrs or older.

    No Pets.

    Maximum # of Vehicles: (3) standard size plus (1) Golf Cart
