  • Come stay in our home away from home! This unit sleeps 6 with a king bed, bunk beds with upgraded mattresses and a sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. In addition, there are 2 reserved parking spots just outside the door, along with a comfy patio to enjoy the evenings. It is within walking distance to beach access road where you can even drive your car! Not feeling the beach? Enjoy the BEST POOL ON THE ISLAND equipped with grills and plenty of chairs! We include ALL needed amenities to enjoy your stay. Washer/dryer, all linens, towels, kitchen accessories and free WiFi! It is comfortable and BRAND NEW everything! Nothing has been left undone!
    There are many restaurants close by, golf cart rentals if wanted, and lots of fund things to do (beach, pool, surfing, Texas State Aquarium, and lots of Corpus adventures).
    We have enjoyed the island for MANY years and can help lead you to all of the fun adventures the area has to offer.

We had the best vacation at the beach! The townhouse was close enough to the beach to walk, but we used the free parking right next to the beach to haul everything. It was super convenient. Honestly though, we spent so much of our time at the pool right there at the complex. It was so nice! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need to relax and enjoy your time away. Hosts were great and responded to questions before our trip very quickly.

This was our 5th year in a row to come to this place for a long weekend. The condo has all what you need and is an easy walk away from the beach. The owners are super easy to contact and are accommodating where they can. I can only recommend this place.

Great condo

The condo is very clean and decorated beautifully. The owners were very responsive to messages sent. The property has 2 pools which was great because one was more crowded than the other. The owners also have a closet full of beach gear they allow guests to use. This was very appreciated. Great stay.

Great place close to the beach

This townhouse is always great to stay at. We have been here since 4 years. Everything is there to make your stay easy. Walking distance to the beach. And a community pool. Perfect for a long weekend!

July 4th getaway!

I don’t do reviews but this place deserves one. Hosts were great. Very responsive and their place was amazing! In the pictures it looks a little small, but once you get there, it’s plenty. We took advantage of the pool and grills that surround the pool area and of course, the beach. The family had a great time! Definitely coming back when we can!

Great Place!

We have booked here on multiple occasions. The place is perfect in every way! Clean, comfy, has everything you need. Great pools, close to beach, like home away from home. We rent golf carts and drive to the beach during the day and night too! Kids Love It!

Amazing Home Away From Home

We came for the weekend to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect! The location and easy access to the beach were perfect for short outings with our 3 year old. The condo was very comfortable, and felt super homey. Communication with the owners was very quick, and they were increasingly accommodating. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

We would stay here again

The condo was great! It was very clean and a perfect size for my family (two young kids). The items they have for the beach make this place top notch! It is a block from the gulf that even my kids enjoyed walking to. The pool in the complex is well maintained and we even visited the playground. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Great little condo for our family!

The townhouse is conveniently located on the island (close to the beach) and was a comfortable place for our small family of 4. It had everything we needed and was well stocked (extra paper towels, toilet paper, etc. provided). It was clean (except for a little sand on the floors upon arrival - which seems to be the case anywhere you stay at the beach). The pools are nice! Overall, we had a great stay and I would book there again!

Great Apartment, Pool on property, close to beach

This apartment is a perfect spot for a little beach vacation. It has everything you need, even beach toys. The pools in this community are great for our late afternoon playtime. And it is so close to the beach that you can walk. The property owners are managing it themselves and are super nice and flexible with check-out time if possible. We love it and have been for long weekends 3 times already.

Great place to stay and close to everything!

The property is clean, close to the beach, HEB, and aquarium. The property owners are great and available if you need anything. They have a closet with everything you may need at the beach if you choose to borrow it. My boys had the best time and DID NOT want to leave. There are two pools, splash pad, and playground on the property. We will definitely be back at some point.

Loved the condo and the pools!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The condo was nice and clean and very spacious. The pools were amazing! We found everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. We really appreciated having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Cheryl and Russ were always very quick to respond if I had any questions. Thank you for having us and we hope to stay at your place again in the future!

Loved the space!

The area was very quiet which was perfect for us. The unit was beautifully decorated. Bed super comfy. I wish the weather would have cooperated to have used the full closet of items for the beach. Pool was clean and large for easy lounging. My only negative is the couch. It really is well used and cushions kept sliding away from back. If the sun would have been shining, I’m sure we wouldn’t have been stuck inside by the rain. People in other units told us not to judge the location as we just were very unlucky with the weather. Still glad we were able to experience a new location! Thank you Kools!
