Welcome to our beachside paradise! Prepare to have an incredible family getaway in our beach house, complete with a private, heated pool. Imagine yourself reclining on our plush chairs, soaking up the warm sun while the grill master works magic with delicious bratwurst and burgers under the cool, shaded palapa area.

Parents can rest easy as your little ones play in the pool, knowing that we've provided safety equipment--as always supervision is required. If the sun becomes too intense, a quick retreat awaits in our downstairs game room, where you can cool off and engage in friendly shuffleboard competition, or take a trip down memory lane with classic arcade games.

Our property boasts two distinct entrances. The downstairs entry, conveniently located adjacent to the garage, offers both convenience and privacy. As you enter, you'll find a bathroom with a refreshing shower to your right and a short hallway leading to a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with its own sink, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator.

The garage houses the washer and dryer for your use during your stay, providing added convenience. In the garage you'll find a wagon to help you haul your beach equipment.

Moving further down the hallway, you'll discover our first master bedroom, thoughtfully furnished with a queen-sized bed offering space for some downtime.

Adjacent to the ground level master bedroom, the game room provides additional sleeping space with a full size pull-out sofa and a TV. Here, you can indulge in Ms. Pac-Man, Mortal Kombat, Star Wars pinball, shuffleboard, and other arcade favorites. You'll also find an assortment of board games for family of all ages.

Please note that the downstairs suite and the main level (2nd floor) are accessed via separate entrances, ensuring privacy for your group. There is no internal staircase between the ground level and main floor. We guarantee that we only rent the entire house to a single party at a time, providing you with an exclusive experience.

To access the main level (2nd floor), ascend the staircase to the right of the driveway. Step into the spacious living area featuring a 56" Samsung TV with a Roku streaming device. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with a 5-burner gas Whirlpool stove, double oven, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, Keurig, and drip coffeemaker. Gather around the dining room table, which seats eight adults.

Our main level front deck spans nearly 315 sq feet, offering an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails in a shaded oasis.

The main-level bedroom features a twin-size day bed with a trundle and a twin-over-full bunk bed, comfortably accommodating up to 5 people. The bathroom on this floor boasts a bath/shower combination with space for towels.

The hallway leads to the 2nd-floor back porch, a versatile space with a covered, screened area featuring a built-in fan for enjoying sunset views while keeping pesky sand gnats at bay. The uncovered portion of the back porch offers a generously sized picnic table.

For the ultimate in privacy, head upstairs to the third level, which houses the master bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a TV. Step outside onto the smaller master deck to enjoy some private moments away from the family downstairs. The master bathroom boasts a separate shower and tub.
