Beachfront condo on the heart of Corpus Christi!

Casita de Playa is a beautiful cozy/fully furnished condo with an amazing ocean view! Great beach retreat. Bedroom is opened to the hall, junior bunkbeds and futon for extra room. Relax on the covered balcony. Access to the beach & jogging trail. Two nice pools, BBQ area & so much more.
Close to great shopping, eating and live music venues. And attractions such as the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington and Art Museum of South Texas.

2 junior bunk beds (more suitable for children under 100lbs)
1 twin size futon in living room

At Casita de Playa, you’ll have a fully equipped kitchen which includes:
-Keurig coffee/tea maker
-dish soap/sponge
-swifter, broom, vacuum
-Brand new stainless steel stove, microwave, and refrigerator

At Casita de Playa we provide 1 bath towel per guest, strictly to be used only at the condo (bring your beach towel). You’ll also find shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower as courtesy to our guests.
Guest access
Building has laundry facilities. Washer and dryer can be used with a credit card.

Guest access
Upon arrival, all guests have to check in at the front office. There is a one time, non refundable, parking fee ($15 for 2 cars) payable at the front desk. You will be provided with parking passes, beach gate access card and map of the property.
Guests will have access to 2 pools, 1 heated, outdoor grilling/picnic area and direct access to north beach!

Self check in with keypad (2 hours before your check in time, I will provided you with a door code for the condo)
