Awesome Beach Retreat Steps From the Beach, Sleeps 8, Pool, Hot Tub

This adorable 1st floor condo has an open floor plan with the living room flowing into the kitchen and dining areas. Your kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook your meal, including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, and even small electric appliances. Sit back and relax watching the television in the living room or either of the bedrooms, you will find both Spectrum cable TV and WiFi available.

You will have a king bed in one bedroom, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, a queen size pull-out sofa sleeper bed in the living room, and two roll-a-way beds. Your condo also comes complete with bedding linens, bath towels, and beach towels for your convenience. A full size washer and dryer are located in the condo for your use. Enjoy drinks and dinner on your private patio.

Take a dip in the Beach Club swimming pool (heated throughout the winter), or just sit back in the hot tub. You also have 24 hour access to the fitness center and sauna.

Just a short 5 minute stroll will allow you to enjoy the beach and sand at Whitecap Beach for swimming, shell collecting, or fishing or take the car and drive down the beach for miles. Come to the coast and join us for a short vacation or plan to stay a while.

Note: There are security cameras an recording devices in the pool, gym, and parking lot areas. There is also a ring doorbell by the front door.

Great location and value!

We loved our week long stay at this home! It was the most well equipped place we’ve ever stayed at and it’s a five minute walk to the beach! Highly recommend!

America’s birthday and cousin getaway

Perfect location for fun in the sun. Condo was perfect us: grandparents, 2 adult daughters with 4 grands ages infant, 2, 4, and 6 years old. We enjoyed the balcony every evening. This place had everything we needed for fun, food prep, and just hanging out. The littles discovered the games and enjoyed playing. Check in was smooth with clear directions. I also appreciated the ceiling fans and cool ac to keep us comfortable. I definitely recommend this condo and wished we could have stayed longer, but life….

Perfect getaway

We were in such need of a relaxing getaway. This completely fit the bill. Everything was very clean and well appointed. We were so comfortable as we recharged our batteries at the beach. We have stayed in a few different VRBO spots in Corpus. If possible all future visits will be here. By far this has been our best accommodations.

Perfect family beach getaway

We will always remember this trip and the beautiful memories we made! A large part of that is due to this property and the ease and convenience it brought to the trip. A minute drive to the beach is unbeatable! We look forward to staying here again in the future:)

Perfect for us!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It’s a first floor unit which was important to us due to our handicapped daughter. The decor is cute and welcoming. The only issue we had was the fire alarm in the kitchen started to beep at random times throughout the night and when I reached out to the owner, I didn’t get a response until the day we checked out. Other than that, we will definitely book again!

Great condo for our family (parents x2, kids 12, 8, 1). Excellent location, easy access to beach and a grocery store less than a mile a mile away making store runs quick. The extra beach toys were greatly appreciated by our kids.

The condo was perfect for our weeeknd getaway. It was a great location to the beach. The kids loved the pool. The condo was so nice and felt like home. The owners did a great job making our stay so comfortable. Highly recommend! We definitely will be back!

Master bed was super comfy and two twin beds in the second bedroom worked great for my two older kids who would not want to share a bed. Condo was decorated in a charming beach theme and was very clean. Kitchen well stocked and we had everything we needed. As an added bonus, a wagon, beach towels and beach toys were provided to easily walk to the beach and not have to drive. The owner is super responsive and helpful and provided guides and tips to make our stay easier. We would definitely book this condo again in the future!

4th of July get away

We stayed several days and it felt like home. Relaxing and fully equipped kitchen. Super close to the beach, could walk under 5 minutes and the community pool is very nice. Spacious enough for family to spread out and actually cook meals as well. Property owner is super nice and checked on our stay. Would recommend and would stay again at this property

Cute condo

The location is great, just a five minute walk to the beach. The pool area was nice and clean. The condo is cozy and cutely decorated. My only complaint is the kitchen needs a thorough cleaning. There were food stains all over the kitchen cabinets, fridge and garbage can.

Spring Break

Our family had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean; easy short walk to the beach, board games provided for the kids, beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie board provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

A nice place to stay

We stayed here for 9 nights for our anniversary trip in February. The condo was nicely furnished and convenient, with amenities such as the use of the condo pool and beach items. Sadly, it was too cold for the beach. The unit was very clean. The kitchen was supplied with all the cooking and dishware we needed, which was great, but the smoke alarm went off every day when we used the toaster at breakfast. After notifying Suzanne, she sent someone out to clean it righ away, but alas, it didn't help. I only gave 4 stars for communication because they never checked back with us to find out if the situation was resolved. We solved it by opening the window and waving a towel under the smoke alarm. Aerobic exercise in the morning! Another issue was that the bed could use a new mattress, because it had two troughs and a center ridge, and the mattress made very loud crackling and crunching noises. Not very romantic. A big issue at first was noise from the unit above. For the first 3 nights, there was a family with a hyperactive toddler overhead who ran incessantly back and forth all day and jumped off the furniture, against the condo rules. We spoke to them politely, but with no effect. We called Suzanne and she lodged a complaint with the condo management, but it didn't stop until that family left a few days later. We understand that this was simply the fault of the inconsiderate people above us and not Suzanne's fault. The rest of the time was, thankfully, peaceful and quiet. Lastly, we felt that for the price per night it would have been nice to have been supplied with enough dish washing tabs, trash bags, and maybe coffee for 9 days. However, we did enjoy the majority of our stay once the overhead peace was restored.

Perfect restful stay

This property has a great spacious layout. Clean, thoughtfully and fully furnished. It felt as comfortable as home, except the support from owners Angel and Suzanne for our settling in and the tutorial on the tv made it even better- We loved the nearby beach walks and fishing at Bob Hall Pier, and driving a beach golf cart on the beach on a windy day. There’s lots to do on North Padre, like free bird and nature tours at North Padre National Seashore, and in Corpus Christi too, and that’s just a short beautiful drive over the Laguna Madre. These quiet and well-kept condos with pool, gym, reserved parking by your unit, hot tub, fishing pond and great location is our favorite.
