Aransas Princess 503 Beachfront 2 BR 2 BA Sleeps 6. Winter Texans welcome
- Beautiful 1392 square foot two Bedroom two bath condo is located on the 5th floor with a beautiful ocean view from the living room and master bedroom. This unit offers a king size bed in the master, two full size beds in the guest room, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Equipped with 3 TVs, cable and wifi. A/C and heater. Fully equipped kitchen, and new dining table for 6. (Currently not reflected in the photos)
The building has a hot tub and 2 swimming pools, one with an ocean view and the other with a city view. There are two tennis courts and basketball hoops, and shuffle board by the pool as well. There is an air conditioned fish cleaning room. You will be steps away from the beach.
Winter Texans welcome. Please message me for discount rates for winter months. Rates include housekeeping services once a week
