"This hotel is very basic just for a quick emergency stay. It is budget friendly without bath towels, extra tissues in the washroom, no room with coffee machine, no drinking water, no refregerator. The beds are not comfortable at all and also rooms have a strong smoky smell eventhough we choose non-smooking room, Only positive side is there is enough parking and walk in to falls. It is a cozy palce if you only need a cheap bed for the night. Good luck."

"If you stay at this property, sign up for one of the Niagara Parks plans that involve WeGO bus tickets, because it's necessary for this location if you want to make trips down to the falls. With that being said, the room was very clean and the kitchenette was very convenient. I loved having the breakfast included and you will see that the overall property is well maintained. "Our second visit to Kent Motel. We booked three nights, and had a queen bed and sitting area on the second floor. The property is even better this time than a couple years ago. Our room was roomy, very clean and comfortable. Great little spot half way between Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. Quiet. Staff very accommodating. There is a secure shed for bicycle lockup which was important to us. A guest pantry offers free ice, water for water bottle, coffee, tea and a toaster. There...

"La chambre était très propre, et cnfortable,le déjeuner était très copieux et bon, j’ai trouvé que l’eau de la piscine était très sombre et sale. La réception nous avons eu trois personnes, une seule des réceptionnistes étaient gentille et serviable les 2 autres étaient très ordinaire, pas de bonjour, même pas un sourire et une façon de parler très sec, donc 1/3 seulement serviable. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et c’est un autre point négatif surtout quand on est au 4 eme étage, dans l’ensemble ça...

"Clean hotel. The location is not great if you are walking, it is a little far to the falls and Clifton Hill. The pool was nice and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast was reasonable and had a full buffet including Bacon, Eggs, French Toast, Pancakes, cereal and fruit."
