Newly Renovated Gorgeous Coronado Home, Walk to Beach/Shops

This 3,000 square foot house is the perfect rental for family gatherings or getaways, or to experience the casual Coronado lifestyle. The location is great for walking to the Hotel Del Coronado, shops and restaurants on Orange Avenue (only 3 blocks away), and comes with an amazing indoor/outdoor open floor plan, perfect for entertaining and hanging out in the gorgeous San Diego weather.

The large nano door completely disappears into the wall to allow for maximum group gathering space both indoors and outdoors simultaneously. Large outdoor gas fireplace with seating for 8 or more to hang out at night and watch the outdoor television or just to hang out. Indoor and outdoor dining, indoor and outdoor couches, indoor and outdoor televisions give plenty of places for large groups to gather. Fully stocked kitchen with 6 burner range, dishwasher, large fridge, wine and beer fridge. Kitchen comes with tons of appliances including a Nespresso, Coffee Maker, Vitamix, Food Processor, Toaster, air fryer, popcorn maker - huge spice rack full of anything you would ever need.

Garage has been turned into a play space with a pool table/ping pong table combo, bar and pop a shot. Dedicated area for workouts with weights, health ladder and a Peloton. 4 Bikes are provided to cruise around the island at your leisure and enjoy everything Coronado has to offer. Five bedrooms with a large master that includes a pullout couch, so the property can sleep up to 12 for families.

Christmas in Coronado

We had a great time over Christmas at this beautifully restored home in Coronado. It comfortably held 5 adults, 2 grown children, and 2 more ages 9 and 12. The owners have young children, so it's great for kids of any age. The first floor is very spacious with the kitchen, dining, and living room all connected, and opens completely through sliding glass to a comfortable back yard. It was too cold for us to enjoy it, but was nice to look at regardless. There are four bedrooms on the second floor and another office with a murphy bed on the first. The owners are very organized, helpful, and easy to reach. This is their primary residence, so it feels more like a home than rental, although they have done a great job setting it up for guests. It is located in a quiet residential area, about 10 minute walk to the restaurants and shops on Orange, and 15 minutes to the hotel and beach.

Amazing spot!

We came in for our wedding and wanted a place for our families to stay together, this was a perfect spot! Great location to everything needed and the house was perfectly sized for us to not feel crowded, would love to stay again!

Wonderful family home close to everything we love about Coronado.

This home was perfect for our 2 family stay. Plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy. The backyard includes a putting green, perfect as most of us are golfers! We would definitely stay here again! Julie was amazing at answering all our questions to be sure we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
