Spacious 2800 square feet, 4/4, chef's kitchen with high-end appliances, air conditioning, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, Traeger BBQ, dedicated office, and great outdoor space for families to eat dinner or enjoy talking around the fire pit. Use of 6-seat golf cart, surfboards, bikes, stand-up paddle board, and fitness equipment. Prime location for July 4th parade and June NASCAR races. Pet friendly. 26-day minimum rental.
