"We loved the comfort of the unit, the price was reasonable and comparable to other rentals in the area. Unit was well furnished for cooking and eating. Patio area at the end of the complex was nice for views of the ocean. Easy walk to ocean. Challenges included the 10 plus stairs to get to the first floor, at our age and health the help we had from relatives who came with was essential. We had lots to carry-clothing, food, luggage and medical items. An elevator would have solved that but not sure where one could work in this older, but nicely maintained property."

"Very pleased with this newly renovated property. Room was immaculate and had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and had plenty of chairs. Very easy beach access and newly replenished sand which was beautiful. Management was very easy to contact and onsite to greet us on arrival. Our rental was direct beachfront with nice patio."

"Location was fantastic, communication quick to respond, linens nice. Very basic kitchen amenities if you plan to cook. Couch was new but super hard and uncomfortable for any long period of time. During a holiday weekend I wasn’t surprised the high cost for a “renovated motel” but I would t pay that much on non holiday. Bottom line, it’s clean, across from beach, nice pool. Looking for comfy stay it’s a great place"

"This property is everything the listing says, and more! It's really well decorated and appointed and has everything you can need for a beach side vacation. The owners were communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. There were a couple of issues during the stay, but they were handled quickly and effectively so they didn't even cause a blip in our fun. The location is perfect, so close to the beach and a very quick drive to bars and restaurants if you don't feel like a little extra walk. Overall, it was a great stay. One of the nicest VRBOs I've been in."

"we were a bit surprised on the initial view of the building. We assumed by the photos that it was classier than what we actually faced. We had a bit of an issue with the codes but finally got in only to find that the elevator was not working. We are an older group of ladies and two of them struggled to get up the stairs. However, the elevator was working within 24 hours. Once inside the condo we were very pleased at how neat and clean the rooms were. One big concern for us was that there were no grab bars in the showers. The under-sink cabinet in King room was broken and fell on my foot, but no damage done. Overall, we were happy with our stay and value."
