"We had an amazing experience at Zuri Resort. The property was absolutely beautiful and spotless, and the staff were some of the kindest people we’ve ever met. When our island hopping tour group unexpectedly didn’t show up, the team went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t miss out. They quickly found an alternative and arranged for us to join another tour so we could still experience the islands. Their care and effort truly made our stay unforgettable. We’re so grateful! Giovi makes a whole difference. Front staff was courteous but may need to be more attentive. It seems they're multitasking a lot of things."
