A pet-friendly sound front home in Corolla Light, an award-winning community on the northern Outer Banks. 24' x 10' private pool & hot tub. Elevator, TVs, DVD players, WIFI, covered deck, grill. Corolla Light Amenities include an indoor pool & sports center, tennis, trolley service & more.

This spacious home is truly Sound-Sational, offering front-row seats for gorgeous sunset views over the Currituck Sound. The expansive decking affords easy access to relaxation any time of the day. The water views are present on every level of the house, and even the Whalehead Club can be seen from the top deck. Become one with nature by taking advantage of the Corolla Light Sound-side walking trail, which is accessible directly behind the house. The interior of the home is equally majestic. The kitchen is stylishly decorated with granite countertops, while the Master bedroom boasts a huge steam shower and sunken tub. Notice the custom floor tile work on all levels of the house. The home offers so many amenities, that you will be content to stay here year after year!

Corolla Light Resort owners and guests receive preferred golf rates at The Currituck Club in Corolla and The Seascape Golf Club in Kitty Hawk!

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. 10 Armbands for Corolla Light amenities. Trolley service available from Memorial Day thru late August. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

December 2018 Stay

We stayed here in December, which is very quiet. The house was well suited to our needs. The hot tub was lovely, the HVAC was fine, although we were disappointed that the fireplace is not operational The view of the sound was terrific. The artwork in the house, particularly the sculptures are very nice and add an elegant ambiance to the house. The one drawback is the lack of kitchen ventilation which meant that we were frequently opening windows and doors to ensure we didn’t set off the smoke detectors. Village realty responded promptly to concerns we had and ensured we were satisfied.

August 2018 Stay

The house is beautiful and accommodated our family group of 10 perfectly. Lots of stairs, inside and out, but the gates on the outside levels really helped with the toddlers. And the elevator was used by old and young alike. The view of the sound is spectacular: we enjoyed our morning tea on the upper deck and sunsets on the sound every evening. The pool is a great addition. The kitchen had all the necessary items and 2 dishwashers were a big help with 10 people. we look forward to returning.

This house was everything the pics showed. Loved being able to walk out and right into the sound. Never kyacted before and this house had them and me and the kids loved it. It was spacious and filled with things to do. Nice neighbor hood to.

My family and I have had a wonderful time in OBX. The house is wonderful. We had a few issues which were reported to Village Realty and we were shocked when a maintenance man came within 15 minutes. One problem was not resolved. The springs in the sofa bed in the office/study are missing, making it very hard for someone to sleep in the bed. Also, the HVAC unit in the master bedroom should be checked for mold. We've stayed in a number of houses in past years and, by far, feel Soundsational is the best. Hopefully we can vacation in Corolla again soon and Soundsattional will be our choice of rental house. Thanks!
