A warm and open floor plan offers plenty of space for everyone. The bonus mid-level game room features a foosball table and a poker table. The outside game area includes a putt-putt course and a jungle gym offering fun for the entire family! The large private pool is sure to be the primary gathering spot for hot, lazy summer afternoons, surrounded by plenty of poolside furniture and just a few steps away from the air-conditioned game room for cool drinks! This home is located just across the street from the ocean access, making it easy to walk to the beach. It's also just a short walk to Corolla's historic sites.

Top level: Besides the gorgeous ocean views, the top level also features a great room with slider doors that open to the oceanside deck! Enjoy sunrises and ocean breezes while having breakfast! The kitchen and dining area are also on the top level, as well as a king master bedroom and a queen master bedroom.

Middle level: This is where you'll find a master bedroom with a queen bed, two twin bedrooms, and a double bunk room. You'll also find a detached game room with a wet bar!

Bottom level: You'll find a large pool, a putt-putt green, and a shuffleboard court!

The house was clean. The pool was great. Everything was as described. So close to the beach. We asked for more towels and we had them in less than an hour. Great house, great service!! Will definitely be booking through them again!!

Cozy with spectacular views!

House was cozy and quaint! It was a perfect fit for our "family"! This is the 5th year we have been doing long beach weekend over the Labor Day weekend and this was the best house so far. While we love some of the house we stayed at before, this one offered a great location. Quick walk to the beach, sunrises and dolphins from the deck, a pool for the kids to escape, a covered hot tub for the adults to get away. While the house may not be a newly renovated as some, this house has all the amenities you will need for an amazing vacation. It is on our list to return to in the future!

Great House;Great vacation

We were very pleased with our stay at Capsies! The rental was very clean,beds were comfortable and the pool was beautiful. The home was well stocked with so many necessities plus extras. I just wish we would have known about the extras…high chair, slow cooker, beach cart, pack and play (we packed or rented these things only to find them there). The outside game area was so nice. We played shuffleboard and corn hole. We also enjoyed the view of the ocean from the top deck! Great sunrises! The walk to the beach was not far and the beach wasn't overly crowded. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. One note for your lawn service…they weed whacked and left about a foot perimeter of chopped weeds inside the pool area. It stormed that night. Needless to say, we had quite a mess in the pool area the next day.
