Mi Casa Bella welcomes you to relax as soon as you walk through the front door. Carolina sunshine beams pleasantly through the many windows offering natural light for those who enjoy a great summer read in the comfortable furniture the house provides, or to see the commotion of family and friends taking advantage of the private pool, hot tub, wet bar, and grill outside.

This 6 bedroom vacation home is located in The Currituck Club on the northern Outer Banks. Guests enjoy a large 12x24 private pool as well as a hot tub and a jetted tub. Our home offers the most up-to-date furnishings, including TVs and DVD players. We offer a recreational room filled with a pool table, foosball table, and a card/poker table. We also have an outside shower and a park grill. Elevator has access to 1st and 2nd floors only.

For the golfers in the group, the reduced greens fees and priority tee times will surely be a plus at the Rees Jones designed golf course.

Take a short stroll down to the cul-de-sac to view beautiful soundside sunsets.

In the prime season, you can rent a golf cart and drive the family to private Currituck Club golf cart parking across from the south gate around the corner from the house. Enjoy beach concession stand and restrooms. At night park in the garage to charge and be ready for the next day. Check out the 4-wheel drive beach and drive your vehicle right onto the beach for early morning sunrises or full days at the beach. Vehicle beach parking is conveniently located across from the south gate around the corner from the house. Pack everything up and enjoy no walking. House is conveniently located near Harris Teeters Food Market across from the Main Gate entrance.

Pets allowed - dogs only. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 5-6 cars. Fireplace not available for guest use. All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Easy fun get away

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our group and had comfy beds. We took advantage of the golf membership discount and spent a day on the links. Easy fun get a way…we’ll be back.

was disappointed. place had NOT been clean. ive sent a list to manager nit no reponse. And no i would not want to re rwnt for next year. considering going thru a different co. Altho check in and out with the App was convenient. People at Village Realty were nice. Dissatisfied with look of House inside and out!
