This wonderful retreat will provide plenty of space to spread out - the open-concept top floor serves as the hub for entertaining. A spacious balcony is the perfect place to sip a crisp beverage. Unwind next to the gas fireplace for movie nights on the TV in the living area or whip up delicious meals in the full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating.

Enjoy blissful days by the shared outdoor pool and hot tub, or pick up a game of sand volleyball. Additional community amenities include a playground, shuffleboard court, and horseshoes. In the evening, the downstairs game room offers a TV and foosball table. You will also find a bedroom and a full bath on this floor. The remaining two bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the second floor. Days of fun in the sun are made simple with easy walkability to Herring Beach Access and other popular attractions.
