This beautiful home has gorgeous sunset views for miles or sit right on the private dock and enjoy water sports from the kayak launch or fish all night! Spend your afternoon at Whalehead beach just a 5 min bike ride away- just across the street from the community pool which is also seasonally available to our guests.

Enjoy the quiet neighborhood, private boat launch into the sound for motorized water sports, visit the turtle family from the public dock walkway (local favorite next door to us) or pick up a basketball game on the court directly in front of the house. Minutes from local food and shops! You can have it all!

5 bedroom home with an extra ottoman that pulls out to a single bed in the look out room on top floor.

4 1/2 official bathrooms with an outdoor shower on the back deck for sandy feet and toys. 1 1/2 bath on top floor, 2 full bath on middle floor and 1 full bath in basement sleeping quarters.

Two birthday's on the same day
First look at the property and wow it is gorgeous! The view from the dock is perfect! My family and I enjoyed our stay very much, it was a soothing and very relaxing time. The neighbors are terrific! They told us about the turtles and all of the restaurants recommended are amazing we tried them all!

Perfect location!
Never having been to obx, didn't know what to expect! But this location was EVERYTHING! The beach was not too far, and the dock provided amazing sunsets! The neighborhood was also very nice and quiet, tranquil and calm. The grocery store was very close and you never need to leave out of the strip. The host was very helpful and responded quickly always! 10/10 Highly recommend!!!

Monterey shores
The house setup was really good for our family of 8 adults and 3 kids, one being 16. Everyone had their own space can't complain about floor plan. However, the house was clean BUT could use a deep cleaning as we found cobwebs throughout never found a broom, and we bought batteries so we could raise the automatic shades!! Beds were somewhat comfortable but new mattress would be nice. It was a wonderful landing for launching the kayaks. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

A Magical Stay in the Outer Banks
Our family--group of 10--from ages 6 to 89--loved the stay in this Monterey Shores house. Kitchen is great and well equipped. Alcove off the dining room was a great "office." Sunsets off the dock are incredible; fireflies at night in the reeds on the walk on the dock feel otherworldly. We loved frogs chirping at night. We tried paddle boarding off the dock also. The beach access to Bonwit is easy and parking was available; we went everyday. Pool access is easy and fun for the kids. Views from house are wonderful and house is tastefully and lovingly decorated! Would do it again. Thank you for a great trip!

Family vacation
Property was not clean when we arrived. Home owners did have cleaning crew come back the next day to re clean the house. Good location. Fit my family of 10 comfortably. Couldn’t see the water from the decks because of overgrown brush. Community pool was nice along with the tennis courts and fitness center. Ocean was less than 5 minute drive. Free parking available.

Great Place to Stay in Corolla
Our family really enjoyed our week+ stay at this property. The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It's a great layout for a couple of families with kids to spend time together. We really loved spending time on the attached dock in the Currituck Sound. We'll definitely look to stay here again!
