Triple Play is located on a cul-de-sac in a gated community. It's only a short walk to the beach access (350 yards) and tennis. Golf and shopping are located across from the Spindrift subdivision at The Currituck Club.

Recreation room with Smart TV, air hockey, Pac Man game, wet bar with beverage refrigerator, Queen sleep sofa, half bath, pool access.

Level 2:
5 bedrooms (1 with King with private bath, RoKu TV and private deck; 1 with Queen with private bath and TV; 1 with King and TV, 1 with 2 Doubles and Smart TV that share a full bath and deck access, 1 with 1 Bunk set and 1 Pyramid Bunk set, deck access, and pocket door), full hall bath.

Great room with CATV, surround sound, gas fireplace, wet bar, half bath, ships watch, well-equipped kitchen, dining table seating 12 and counter seating 4, bedroom (with King, private bathroom, TV and private deck) and wraparound deck.
